These terms govern your use of Vouchant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Vouchant.
What Vouchant is
Vouchant is an independent trust tool that lets Valorant players create tamper-resistant, shareable ownership proof links with a live restriction check. Vouchant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games. Riot Games and Valorant are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and your account activity.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Vouchant to facilitate fraud, impersonation, or the sale or transfer of accounts in violation of Riot’s terms.
- Misrepresent ownership, forge proofs, or attempt to tamper with the verification or signature system.
- Access accounts or data that are not yours, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
You are responsible for your use of the data Vouchant produces. A proof shows account state at the time it was generated; it is not a guarantee of any future transaction between you and another person.
Proof links & content
You control the visibility of the links you create and can revoke them at any time. You are responsible for who you share a link with. We may remove content or links that violate these terms or the law.
Riot Games & assumption of risk
Vouchant is an independent, unofficial tool and is not authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Riot Games. The ownership-verification flow relies on your own authenticated Riot session; your use of Riot services through it is also governed by Riot Games’ own terms. Vouchant never collects or stores your Riot password.
You acknowledge and agree that you use Vouchant at your own risk, that you are solely responsible for your Riot account and for ensuring your use complies with Riot Games’ terms, and that Vouchant is not responsible for any action Riot Games may take in respect of your account. If Riot Games requests it, we may suspend or discontinue the verification flow at any time without notice.
Disclaimers
Vouchant is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any proof will be accepted by any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchant and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, or value, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using Vouchant and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
